The project supports children’s sport, especially the art of Aikido self-defense. Training helps children recover psychologically through physical activity, build a healthy lifestyle, and develop awareness of personal safety.

Sport is an effective alternative to harmful habits, helps resist drug abuse and violence, and develops discipline and inner strength.

Through Aikido practice, the project aims to:

  • reduce emotional stress in children, especially in Ukraine’s current reality of regular air-raid alerts
  • help restore a sense of calm and balance
  • develop discipline
  • support a healthy and active lifestyle
  • develop the ability to defend oneself or help others

The approximate amount needed to implement the project is UAH 800,000.

Estimated fundraising deadline: 31.10.2028

If the project is not implemented, the remaining funds will be used to support the “Clean Land of Ukraine” project by the We Help Ukraine Charitable Foundation.

Every person who makes a charitable contribution to support the project gives:

  • consent for the funds to be redistributed or used in other projects if this project is completed
  • consent that contributed funds are non-refundable
