Strong Children of Ukraine Program

Childhood must overcome war.

We help children who have experienced loss, evacuation, occupation, or shelling regain joy, feel supported, and believe in themselves again.

The Strong Children of Ukraine program is an initiative of the Aikido Aikikai Association of Ukraine and the We Help Ukraine Charitable Foundation, aimed at:

• developing children’s sport as a means of psychological rehabilitation;
• supporting children’s sections, coaches, sports camps, and clubs working with displaced children;
• organizing wellness activities, competitions, and sports events in communities affected by the war;
• providing children with sports equipment and uniforms.

We believe that sport heals not only the body, but also the soul. When a child laughs, plays, and trains again, this is also a victory for Ukraine.
